3,5 StarsStyle and LanguageJ. D. Rinehart uses a simple, clear and sometimes very opulent language and his style is on most of the pages very tedious. No question, his various landscapes are great and the way he brings the story to the reader by an invisible storyteller, is absolutely perfect for his novel. But this book is nothing... Okay, first of all, it was just too gruesome, and overall really boring, and the author made the mistake of making every line poetic (similes and metaphors) which made it confusing and it was frankly just very annoying. I, personally, did not enjoy it very much at all, and the Tarlan parts were so boring I had to skim over them, and... . , , , ... . , . . , , , ... . , . , , , , . , - - Harry Potter . , - , . , fantasy. concept , ok... - - , ...
